The FEBI tests for patterns that show up in both your body and your behavior. It’s the only leadership tool I know of that takes such a whole-person approach. One of its great advantages is that in addition to revealing your preferred leadership style, it also helps you access other styles when you need them. It goes beyond insight to actually help you take different actions. The FEBI has helped me find ways to call upon the energy I need for any given situation, whether that’s to be more visionary, more results-oriented, or more collaborative.
