If you are a socially and ecologically conscious business person
facing the inevitable pressures and challenges of building a new future…

Then Be the Change Leadership Coaching may be right for you.

Do any of these common leadership challenges sound familiar?

  • Overwhelm: You’re groaning under the weight of having more to do than can possibly get done in a day.
  • Collaboration: You want to delegate and share responsibility more effectively so the job gets done well the first time.
  • Conflict: Perhaps you have a tendency to avoid conflict, or maybe you find yourself inadvertently creating conflict.  Either way, you’d like to be able to handle conflict differently.
  • Accountability: You wish you were better at holding others (and sometimes yourself) accountable to a high standard of performance.
  • Isolation: At times, you feel isolated by your role.  Everyone’s looking to you for the answers, and there’s no one you can confide in when you don’t have them.
  • Change: Constantly shifting priorities and relentless change makes it hard to maintain focus.

These are all common challenges, and they’re not the only ones.  I imagine you have a few of your own that you could add to the list above.

The trouble is, most people learn to lead by, well, leading.  Which is a bit like getting thrown into a sporting event without ever having the chance to train for it.  You’ll figure some stuff out during the competition, sure, and if you’re a natural athlete you might even do OK.  But even if you’re a born leader, without a chance to practice and get some feedback from a trained eye, you’ll always fall short of what’s possible.

If you’re working for the common good, then it would be a shame to fall short of your leadership potential.  The world needs you to be as effective as you can possibly be at spreading your message and your mission far and wide.  Please – whether you get help here or somewhere else – don’t settle for less in your leadership.

How Does It Work?

Be The Change Leadership Coaching is about you becoming your best self so you can build a better world.  It’s a personalized coaching program that supports you in handling the unique hurdles you face while building on your natural strengths as a leader.

Using a holistic, somatic approach, you’ll shift your internal and external state of being so that you come to embody the skills and qualities of a strong leader.  This methodology has a 40-year history of success, and I am fortunate to have its originator, Dr. Richard Strozzi-Heckler, as my mentor.  Through physical practices, reflective conversations, reading assignments, ongoing feedback – and even bodywork – the key leadership skills you need will become second nature.

The coaching program is customized to meet your specific needs.  It begins with an assessment of your most pressing leadership challenges in each of the areas below.  After evaluating your situation I’ll offer some recommendations on where to focus first, and then we’ll co-design a program that addresses your top priority needs and fits your budget.
