From Stress to Serenity
The Stonewater 7-Day Centering Challenge
This Centering Challenge is designed to help you settle your psychobiology in times of stress and difficulty. I’ll introduce you to a holistic method of calming your nervous system and realigning your “heart, head, and hands” with what you care about, so that you can take action from a more centered place even when life gets hard.
I’m challenging you to take on 7 consecutive days of this centering practice. Each day you’ll receive a new practice direct to your inbox. Just spend 5-10 minutes following along with the audio recording, then practice a few more times as you go about your day. Each practice builds on the one you did the day before, so by the end of the 7 days you’ll have a strong foundation. It’s easy to learn, and with enough practice it can make a big difference in your life.
Take on the Challenge – it’s free!
I’m offering this at no cost to you because I want to see more people benefit from the skills of Embodied Leadership. So even if you and I never get to meet in person, you’ll have something you can use. Fantastic! Just sign up below.
This will add you to the mailing list, which means you’ll get useful Embodied Leadership tips in your inbox as well. And of course, your name will never be shared and you can unsubscribe at any time.
And for extra credit…
This is an incredibly powerful practice, but only if you use it. So I’m encouraging that by offering a 10% discount on coaching or courses if you practice for 14 consecutive days. All you need to do is engage in the practice, keep track of your learning, and send me your log book for each of the 14 days. Good luck!
Like it? Is it helpful? If so, I have two simple requests:
1) Let me know. Share your feedback on the blog or write me directly.
2) Help spread the word. I’m on a mission to help as many people as possible benefit from somatic leadership development. If you know other people who encounter stress from time to time, (and I’ll bet you do) then please do them the favor of passing this resource along. And if you actually know someone who doesn’t experience stress, then please urge them to document their secrets for the rest of us!
Thanks! I look forward to hearing about your own journey from stress to serenity.
